For a buffet, it's decent. An interesting variety of food on the buffet, but the problem is that a lot of it is variations on a theme: 8 or more variations on chicken, for instance, and three or so kinds of bread/roll. It's nice they have pizza and chicken nuggets and fries for picky kids, but I'd like to see more variety in the buffet; some beef dishes, for instance, would be a great addition. Can't speak to the sushi, as I don't eat it. The grill, though, is good. A larger variety of meats (beef!), fresh veggies, and cooked to order. But again, it could be improved ... For instance, they only offer two sauces to cook in, as well as garlic and hot seasoning. I've been to other buffet grills with a much more robust selection of cooking options. And a few more veggies would nice, like baby corns or water chestnuts. Staff is pleasant, but it can take a while to get refills on drinks or clear plates. All in all, passable. Not outstanding, but for a Chinese buffet, you can't expect haute cuisine.

I see people really complain here, but for the price of $10.49 per adult their food is perfectly fine. Sushi is meh, a step above grocery store but they do make it on site and you can eat as much of it as you want...you'd spend 13 bucks on two rolls elsewhere. Theres a very fair trade-off here. The rest of their food is like everywhere else, but this particular buffet is cheaper than the others (take fuji for instance that charges $20 and smells bad). Interior is clean and well lit. I'm taking away one star because I'd always bump into a gypsy caravan of 8 yelling offspring or a delegation of "bros" who take fifteen minutes shaking their sagged pants to find enough change to pay up front (ended up giving them $5 to get the hell in). I highly suggest you visit this business and fill yourself up

They uped the price on dinners, there now $10.99 they have tacky stickers over the .49, kids 7-10 still 5.99. Plenty of food. I go for the grill and sushi alway a nice verity. Also cant go wrong with pepper chicken mmm

Nope, I wouldn't return. Bottom line. The food is flavorless/ bland the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars because they have a hibachi grill and a variety of ice cream. When I say the food was UNINTERESTING please believe me. Staff was attentive, Restrooms were okay but I went to a buffet for a ton of food... Some was unrecognizable. Dessert cake taste like it was sitting in the freezer for 6 months. Out of all the food there I stuck to 4 things

It was $10.49 for an adult buffet and $5.99 for a kids (age 7-10) buffet and $1.50 for a drink. The food was low quality, but if your looking to fill up, it is a value. Some stuff is just off tasting. The staff was friendly. There is a large variety of food to choose from.

Look it's a buffet in Clinton Township not Vegas. It was just ok. A lot of fried food! A lot! Can a girl get some broccoli up in here! My husband and I paced ourselves so we could try most everything that was appealing to us and we left full and happy but that might be from the self serve ice cream we ate. Lol! It's clean, the ladies room was very clean and the staff was really friendly and made sure our drinks were full and plates were cleared. I don't know I mean it was good we ate a lot and we happy with everything it just wasn't mind blowing our anything. I did scarf down a large plate of peel and eat shrimp that were great and very fresh tasting. So if buffets are your thing check it out. It's not bad. I'll probably go again.

For as often as I eat here, you'd think I would have reviewed it by now, eh? This is a good, solid buffet. Lunch is something like $7.99 + drink and always features a good, above average selection of Chinese & American style dishes. Dinner is a little more pricier (but not much) and this is when they roll out the crab legs, frog legs, crawfish, salmon, et ... and is worth it. The hibachi grill is available during both lunch and dinner. The salad bar is also well stocked and offers both a traditional salad mix or a 'power greens' mix of spinach, kale & chard, which is all the rage, :). The dessert table is none too shabby either, ;). You know what I like best about this place? This is a hardworking group in here and they really hustle keeping the food on the buffets fresh, clearing your plates, refilling your drinks, hibaching, sushi-ing, et ... and as with all buffets, take all you want but eat all you take and 'thank-you' for tipping your server, :). Recommend.

Of the Chinese Buffet's that have popped up around town over the years, this one is the best i've been to. Lots of selection and by far the best Sushi of a buffet place i've had yet. I always start with Sushi and then work my way through some Soup, Salad (Seafood Salad was really good here), then onto the Entrees. The flat top grill (teppanyaki) is the main feature here and you can get any number of things to make your stir fry and combo it with a selection of sauces to make it unique. Service is usually very good but some staff are a little less familiar with the language than others, but their English is far superior to my Mandarin. :) Restaurant is very large and well kept, bathrooms are very clean as well. What are you waiting for? Come in and stuff your face!

Looking for somewhere to go on Christmas Eve .... they were open. Apparently, this is a chain restaurant. Always the same - great food and courteous service. Food is plentiful and consistent. They are open all day Christmas and New Years.

Meh... They're like the rest of em. Didn't care for the sushi. It tasted bland. Kinda like store bought sushi. Nothing special. Enjoyed the coconut shrimp and pepper chicken. Egg drop soup was on point. Service... Is like the rest of the places too. They never smile. When thanked, they just turn their back and walk away.

I always said I'd never eat at an Asian buffet, but now I'm wondering why I waited to go here. This place is great, the food is fresh.....sushi, mongolian grill style, peel & eat shrimp. I love it because there are a lot of healthy items to choose from. It's reasonably too!

If you like grocery store sushi, you'll like this place. Good service, but mediocre food, at best. They offer tiny crab legs, but I noticed that once the pan is gone, they take their time refilling it.

Absolutely in LOVE with this buffet! Come here very often with my boyfriend and we both enjoy the atmosphere. The waiters come around to bring us new drinks right away and they provide smiles to everyone. Food is always delicious and warm - Great variety for all food lovers. Sushi is delightful and frog legs are a top favorite, as well as seafood and chicken! Price is outstanding and we will continue to visit! Excellent service! (:

I know. I know. I'm not a buffet person. I have no business going here. However, a good friend of mine IS and I had heard good things from three totally different people about this place. It also is less than a mile away so if it was good - why not check it out? My experience left me underwhelmed. BUT if I had to recommend a buffet (a la OCB, Sveden House, Golden Corral, numerous un-named oriental buffets) this would be my suggestion. It's clean. I can say that much and they have LOT of stuff. (Some warm, some lukewarm, some old). They have a section of raw food that they will cook for you which is what I tried (to know my food was above healthy temps I chose this option) and it was OK. Nothing to shout about but edible and as expected. The price for this buffet seems to be less than other places (from what my friend said) so that's a plus too. They have "American fare" like chicken nuggets and mac & cheese as well. I do have to mention that I looked at the sushi section (I didn't expect much here) and (being new to sushi) thought why not experiment at an all-you-can-eat place (and then try it elsewhere where it will taste better). Nothing is labeled. I asked the guy behind the counter if he could tell me about the sushi and he mumbled something (I thought he said one moment) and then spent the next few minutes doing whatever task he was doing and not glancing up once at me... I wasn't sure if he even realized what I asked so I took it as a sign to move on... and did. I don't think I'll be back, personally, but I wasn't grossed out and if asked I'd join someone there again and TBH, for me, that's an accomplishment. But again: Buffet + no alcohol = not my cup of tea. Clean + price + large selection = If you *DO* like buffets, you will probably enjoy this.

This place is...um...not really good. But it's a buffet, what do you want. Probably the best part of this place is their Mongolian-esque grill, where you can choose from a modest selection of meats, veggies, noodles, etc and have it grilled to order. The grill items are pretty good but unlike Mongolian's huge selection of sauces, you only have a choice of like 4 (one being just soy sauce). The sushi selection is small and weird. Aside from California and shrimp tempura rolls, a lot of the others just kind of look like they took whatever scraps were left on the cutting board and rolled them all together in some rice - not really discernible. And nothing is labelled. The rest of the buffet is a mix of standard Chinese/Japanese fare, and some American standards (wings, fries, mac & cheese, etc). Arguably, everyone will find something they like here. But, as in most cases where a restaurant wants to do a whole array of items, they don't do any of them well. It's evident that everything on those tables comes frozen, and is probably often just reheated from the day before. But again, it's a $10 buffet...what do you expect. There's a cold bar of fruits and salads, and a dessert bar complete with ice cream cooler (but - at least they have superman ice cream!). I don't think anyone is ever really proud of eating here. To sum it up - Teppanyaki is like paying $10 to have an array of frozen dinners at your fingertips, without having to go through the hassle of microwaving it yourself. And getting to eat as much of them as you want. In a room full of people in sweat pants.

There is really a trend with Chinese buffets. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. They all seem to offer the same food items. (This place has a pepper chicken that is delicious though) You definitely pay before you eat. Then a waitress takes you to your table. After she asks you what you want to drink (No alcohol), take off your coat, remove your hat, grab a plate, and go for it! There are no Tvs. It's not a loud place. Quite quiet actually. So if your date is boring I suppose you could play with your phone. The staff is par the course with the Chinese buffets I've been too. Being that their either busy or waiting for you to wave your hand for them. I also find that they come by enough to not be intrusive. Really, besides a refill or toping off your drink, you shouldn't need them. If you're expecting to be "blown away" with fine dining with oysters fresh from the waters of Hong Kong, stay away from Chinese buffets(or buffets for that matter). If you want a nice, relaxed, family Chinese buffet experience, stop by. The prices won't kill you. And neither will the food. I've writing this review after multiple visits.

I'm not really big on buffets.. But I have to say this place was pretty good with lots of variety of food to choose from. I was looking forward to trying out the sushi and i cant complain it was pretty good. The place is really clean and they are really quick with bringing out fresh food. I'll probably come again.

Eh. I went once and thought it was tasty. The I went back and it really wasn't. The sushi is hit or miss, really really basic. They did have alot of options but not fantastic. I mostly stuck to the sushi bar. I did try the hibachi but that wasnt too great either. I went with a friend who felt sick the rest of the night. I'm kind of ambivalent about this place. Wouldn't be excited to go back.

We were expecting something more like Benihana, but it was more like Golden Corral. There is a grill....and it is sort of like Mongolian BBQ, but there were only a handful of things to choose for the "grill". If you like buffet's then this is for you. Price is good. There is a lot to choose from, and fresh sushi. I don't think I will go back, just because this isn't my type of thing, but I can see this place sticking around for a long long time.

Well I used to love this place until I witnessed a ceiling tile fall on the floor. The staff was quick to clean the tile off the floor and replace the ceiling tile. What about the white ceiling tile dust in the buffet food line? I guess that is what is called secret Chinese spices!!

I love this place when I want to be fat!!! The first isle of foods are all deep fried stuff, then they have random things that are not Japanese or Chinese, including pizza, roast beef, fried chicken, mac n cheese, baked spinach w tons of melted cheese on top, mozzarella cheese sticks...etc etc. I love their sushi bar, coconut cake and the friendly staff.

Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet is a slight step above common Chinese buffets in the area. That makes it mediocre. You get mass quantities of food including some sushi and made to order dishes cooked on a small teppanyaki grill. However, you never really feel satisfied. Calling this teppanyaki is a bit of a misnomer. Yes, you can get food cooked on a griddle, but don't expect Benihana, Kyoto, or Shogun. Ultimately, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Food quality coincided with prices: low.

Service was awful. Food is good when fresh, but not enough to get me to eat there again.

The food looked nothing like the pictures in the restaurant description. There was very little food in the pans, even though an employee was going around stocking trays. Some food was in very small pieces, overcooked. Beef was very tough. Lots of choices, but lots of bland choices. Ice cream was good, cakes looked like they were made by children. Service was good, restaurant was very neat and clean. Sorry, but we won't be going back.

Went to this buffet yesterday for lunch after work. This is the second time I've went here in the last week (my only two visits ever), my last visit I went for dinner. The restaurant is very clean, and the price is perfect. There is a large selection of food, sushi and also a teppanyaki grill. The staff is right on top of everything. They only con is no crab legs, usually a buffet of this size adds crab to the dinner buffet. Even without the crab this place is really solid.

Large selection especially salad bar which is usually sparse at most Asian buffets. Not to mention a selection of at least 20 salad dressings and marinades.sushi... Meh ... But again much more and more selection than most places.the squid is tender and delicious with a yummy marinade well worth the 9.99 by itself!!! Our server Hannah kept our table pre bussed and was quite friendly! Wonton soup delicious.wait for them to put out the sushi with the black caviar... Bursting with flavor. All in all this is a GREAT place for an inexpensive lunch or dinner!

Staff is excellent but I will say the customers and people are the worst people I have EVER seen! Nothing but rude, arrogant, hostile, disgusting individuals! You are in a resturant! Learn how to respect your servers by tipping and saying thank you! I go here very very often and it makes me so angry seeing how those employees are treated! Nothing but trashy, vile people!

I came in on a Saturday and the line to get a table was out the door. I stayed despite being intimidated and I'm glad I did. The line moved in under 10 minutes. Buffets were impressive. They even had a buffet of sauces dressings and marinades. The stir fry bar was incredible. It was loaded with lots of fresh items including scallops. The sushi bar was awesome. everything was fresh rolled by a sushi master. Bubba Gump must have visited this place and told them how many ways there are to make shrimp. They had many many varieties They had fresh crawdads and crab. They have 8 fresh self serve scoop your own ice creams place a huge stocked desert buffet. the only down side was my waitress cutting my refills to 1 and never offering me water. She also made me feel rushed and kind of intimidated into giving her a tip despite her hurry up and get out attitude. Despite that the food won me overand I am a huge fan. especially the sushi. Great atmosphere. Clean, Fun,

This was a solid Chinese buffet - definitely worth the trip. The Mongolian Grill (or Teppanyaki) part was good, although they use chicken thighs instead of breasts, so I'm not that much of a fan. However, the buffet is HUGE, and there's so much to choose from. The dessert section has a massive variety - four different cakes, hand-dip ice cream, lots of cookies and even cheesecake! The service was great and very attentive. The place was very clean and pleasant. Give it a shot!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
